Camille on point, Cammie is the mother of our F and I litters. As you can see Cammie is brown roan (BRSCH). She
is 61 cm tall and long (about 24 “) and is about 65# in hunting condition. Good substance, she passes that along. She was a very very easy dog to train, very cooperative and if you show her what is required she is happy to do it. She pointed
very young and held her points till the birds took wing. She is passing both the pointing and cooperation to her pups. I
hunted her at 7 months with older dogs and she probably had more wild birds killed over her than any other puppy I have owned. I would find the dogs on point and she would hold the birds for the flush. She is a retrieving fool with a tender mouth. Very good in the water, and with a calm temperament to sit in the blind. She is honest and tests like she trains. Her Navhda Utility was marred only by her steadiness score, and I take my share of the responsibility for that training subject.
Camille vom Orion
Cammie is my “loaner dog”. In the rough country of Idaho and Eastern Oregon; it’s not unusual to have your dog laid up with foot or leg problems. When a hunting buddy has that problem and needs to borrow a dog, Cammie is it. She will hunt for anybody and retrieve to hand for them with no issues. I love her temperament with people. Cammie has had a brother test Navhda NA 112/I and he will run UT. Her sister Cass was tested in Vdd with scores pretty similar to Camille, they were the only dogs of her litter tested.
